CL05-GraniteClean-eco is classed only as an irritant and, therefore, has low health and safety risks. It is non-corrosive to most surfaces.

  • Eye protection: If there is a real risk of splashing, wear protective goggles.
  • If swallowed: Do not induce vomiting. Contact a doctor or a specialist.
  • Respiratory protection: Under normal conditions of use, where adequate ventilation is available, no special respiratory protection equipment is needed.
  • Hand protection: Wear PVC gloves.
  • Skin protection: Wear overalls. No special protective clothing or skin protection is required under normal conditions of use. Where required, product users are responsible for preparing their own COSHH Assessments based on the Material Safety Data Sheets provided by Epicuro Ltd. for its products.

Surface Preparation
- Ensure the surface is free of all coatings, coverings, or materials that could prevent proper application and penetration of the product.
- Effectively protect all aluminium fixtures or other metal fittings, especially when using the product neat or at high concentration (it can affect the surface).
- Test the product on the target surfaces before wide-scale use, especially if the surface material is unknown.

CL05-GraniteClean-eco is suitable for both horizontal and vertical surfaces. 

  • Prepare CL05-GraniteClean-eco to the required concentration (neat or diluted). 
  • Use neat or diluted up to a 50% concentration (1:2 dilution of product to water). 
  • For heavy soiling, apply neat CL05-GraniteClean-eco at a dosage rate of 4 sqm/ltr, by brush or spray. 
  • For moderate contamination, dilute to no less than 50% concentration. 
  • Agitate the product on the surface using a stiff brush if needed. 
  • Allow time for the product to work, observing progress in stain removal (from a few seconds to 1 hour, depending on the severity of contamination). 
  • Do not allow the product to dry on the surface. 
  • Rinse with a high-pressure water jet. 
  • For best results, use hot water at approximately 80°C. 
  • Repeat the process as necessary, adjusting product concentration and dwell time to achieve the desired result. 
  • After rinsing, vacuum up using wet & dry vacuum equipment. 
  • In confined spaces, use a low-pressure hose and scrubbing brush. 

Note: Never apply neat CL05-GraniteClean-eco to aluminium surfaces due to its slight caustic nature (<3.5%), which may stain or spoil the surface finish.

Cleaning EquipmentClean tools and equipment using clean water immediately following the completion of work.

Product Overview

CL05-GraniteClean-eco is the most advanced granite cleaner currently available, developed by exploiting the power of nano-technology.

CL05-GraniteClean-eco returns stained and soiled granite surfaces to their 'as new' condition. It is a bio-degradable cleaner specially formulated to extract extreme contamination from granite and other stone and concrete substrates.

The product works by dissolving and breaking down the structure and surface adhesion of difficult-to-remove contaminants, such as oil and diesel fuel, irrespective of age.

It is biodegradable, with minimal environmental impact, and not subject to Workplace Exposure Limit (WEL) restrictions. It is fast-acting, quickly lifting contamination from surfaces in a manner that aids 'safe waste management', using rinse water. Uses include high streets, public squares, around monuments, parks, and outdoor seating areas of restaurants and coffee shops.
